DEVAN LASALA

I’m Devan Lasala RN, BSN and Owner of Symmetry Aesthetics in Fort Collins, CO. I’m not a businesswoman — I’m a people person. My practice is small, intentional, and by appointment only by design.

I’ve been a nurse for over 10 years, beginning my career in Colorado after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I built a firm foundation in acute care at a Level I Trauma Center and had the rare privilege of learning alongside my nationally acclaimed mother, Marty Raymond, gaining valuable experience before beginning my own practice in Colorado.

Following my passion for aesthetics and in my mother’s footsteps, I became an Aesthetic Nurse. My goal is always to create a natural look that highlights and enhances your unique beauty. In a world that often pressures us to look alike, I want you to feel confident standing tall as yourself.

When I’m with my patients, they get all of me. You’ll always know the face you’re trusting and can rely on the consistency and safety I provide. Over time, that builds more than appointments — it builds a relationship, a bond that carries us through the years.

MARTY RAYMOND

I’m Marty Raymond, RN, BSN, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and Co-Owner of Symmetry Aesthetics in Fort Collins, CO. With two decades of experience in aesthetic medicine, I specialize in Botox®, dermal fillers, and advanced cosmetic treatments. Over the past 20 years, I’ve also had the privilege of owning and operating successful medical spas built on trust, safety, and patient satisfaction.

In addition to caring for my patients, I serve as faculty for Allergan Medical Institute, where I train providers nationwide and am honored to be among the top 1% of most requested faculty in the country. My approach combines expertise with a personal, approachable touch—helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and naturally refreshed.
